That's Khoi Pham? Because I remember Khoi Pham's work on New Warriors looking like, excuse my French, complete bollocks! This looks like fine art compared to that. O_o

It might be that Pham's pencils are fine, but he may be often paired with colorists and inkers who do not do his work justice.

Fair enough, rough for Pham if that's the case, these pencils deserve a great inker/colorist.
